By purchasing from MYKA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
User Content
- User Content Generally. Certain features of MYKA may permit users to upload content to social media, including messages, reviews, photos, video, images, folders, data, text, and other types of works (“ User Content ”) and to publish User Content on our website, social media channels, emails, etc. You retain any copyright and other proprietary rights that you may hold in the User Content that you post to the Service.
- Limited License Grant to Company . By providing User Content to MYKA, or by submitting any User Content to any social media platform using a Company-branded hashtag, or tagging said company, you grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid right and license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify for the purpose of formatting for display, and distribute your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter developed.
- Limited License Grant to Other Users . By providing User Content to MYKA, you grant those users a non-exclusive license to access and use that User Content as permitted by these Terms and the functionality of the Service.

User Content Representations and Warranties .
Company disclaims any and all liability in connection with User
Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the
consequences of providing User Content. By providing User Content to
MYKA, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
you are the creator and owner of the User Content, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize Company and users of the Service to use and distribute your User Content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in this Section, in the manner contemplated by Company, the Service, and these Terms;
your User Content, and the use of your User Content as contemplated by these Terms, does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or (iii) cause Company to violate any law or regulation or otherwise cause liability for Company; and
your User Content could not be deemed by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. - User Content Disclaimer . We are under no obligation to edit or control User Content that you or other users post or publish, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. Company may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You understand that when using the Service you will be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources and acknowledge that User Content may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and do waive, any legal or equitable right or remedy you have or may have against Company with respect to User Content. If notified by a user or content owner that User Content allegedly does not conform to these Terms, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the User Content, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice. For clarity, the Company does not permit copyright-infringing activities on the Service.
- Monitoring Content . Company does not control and does not have any obligation to monitor: (a) User Content; (b) any content made available by third parties; or (c) the use of the Service by its users. You acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to, and may from time to time, monitor any and all information transmitted or received through the Service for operational and other purposes. If at any time Company chooses to monitor the content, Company still assumes no responsibility or liability for content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of content. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Content Prize . By providing user
content via social media hashtags, or tagging, you are voluntarily
entering into a content competition with MYKA. By entering this
competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for
entries not received for whatever reason. The rules of the competition
and how to enter are as follows:

- get a chance to win a free piece
- Giveaways. MYKA Jewelers may provide opportunities for you to win jewelry or gift cards by sharing text, photographs, videos, or other content on our sites or social media channels. By entering you’ve acknowledge and agree that you may only post content if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You own all the rights to the content and are authorized to assign any and all rights to the content over to MYKA
- The content does not violate these terms and will not cause injury, harm or any kind of damage to any person or entity
- You did not receive any form of compensation or consideration by any third party to post said content
- You agree to comply with any and all rules / requirements provided to you by MYKA
- Any content you provide, tag, or submit may be used by MYKA’s sole discretion and reserves the right to accept, reject, remove, refuse, change, condense, or delete any content submitted in its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever.
- MYKA reserves the right to change or amend any rules, or dates for the competition as per (previously stated content prize 7.)
- All winners agree to the use of their name, images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize.
- The winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. Shipment, Customs, Duties and Taxes
- All items purchased from MYKA are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
- This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
- The use of the MYKA site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.
- MYKA offers worldwide shipping.The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.
- The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
- Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. MYKA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- MYKA strives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design, and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual product.
- However, if a product offered by MYKA itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.All of MYKA products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, MYKA disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the MYKA site.
- You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to MYKA arising from any product sold on the MYKA site is the price of the product ordered.
- In no event shall MYKA, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
Marketing use of your personal information
- By signing up for newsletters, you agree to receive special offers and promotions of MYKA and it’s affiliated organizations, Oak&Luna, Lime & Lou and SETT&Co. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the email. We do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or non- affiliated companies for marketing purposes without your permission.
Mobile Terms of Service
- The MYKA - US mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MYKA (“MYKA - US”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- By consenting to MYKA - US’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MYKA - US through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
- You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MYKA - US. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
- We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
- You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18335511694 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MYKA - US mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

- We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
- The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
