How do I earn points?
You can earn points for different activities like making a purchase, referring friends, and having a birthday. Check out the ''How to Earn Points'' section above to see all the ways you can earn points. Points collected from making a purchase will appear in your account 3 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns). Points collected from referring a friend will appear in your account after the friend has completed a purchase.
How do I view my point balance?
Sign in to see your points balance in your account.
How do I redeem points?
On the checkout page, select the Redeem Points tab to see the different voucher sums available and how many points you have to redeem. Hit the Redeem button under the voucher amount you'd like to claim. You'll get a coupon code which you can add at checkout to deduct the voucher sum from your order. Loyalty vouchers are not retroactively applicable on previous orders.
What does the point status mean?
Approved: These points are available to be redeemed for rewards. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from pending to cancelled. If you have any issues with your points, please contact customer support
Do my points expire?
Points expire if unused after one year. We'll notify you when your points are due to expire
What do the different tiers mean?
There are 3 tiers that you can progress through! Silver, Gold, and Diamond. All new club members are on the Silver tier - but the more you shop with MYKA, the further you will move up. Higher tier members get more points for each purchase and access to additional exclusive benefits.
How do I level up between tiers?
All new club members start on the Silver tier, and level up based on the amount they spend: Silver (Tier 1) - Members who spent $0- $100 Gold (Tier 2) - Members who spent $101-$500 Diamond (Tier 3) - Members who spent $500+
What are the Terms & Conditions?
Each person is only permitted to have one membership, allocated to one nominated email address. All MYKA Club's members can change their personal details at any time. MYKA Club has the right, in its absolute discretion, to terminate the membership at any time if it has been considered you have used your MYKA Club account fraudulently or otherwise in contravention of these terms and conditions. MYKA reserves the right to alter or amend the terms of this loyalty program anytime without prior notice. All matters of dispute will be subject to the final decision of MYKA.
