MYKA offers a free warranty on your jewelry piece for a period of 2 years after purchase.
In cases of manufacturing defects, we promise replacement of your jewelry at no cost. Additional inscriptions or charms can be added to your jewelry for free. What's Not Covered?
The MYKA warranty does not cover any damage resulting from exposure to high temperatures, extreme sunlight, chemicals, body oils, creams, water and humidity. Lost items are not covered inside the warranty.
Shipping and returns?
The cost of shipping will be taken upon MYKA. Unless the customer wants urgent shipping, he / she will pay for the additional amount of the expedited shipping cost.
