New Account


Q. How do I Create an Account with Israel Blessing? A: Your account is created automatically for you the first time you place an order. When you place your first order we store your information on our secure server and ask you to provide your e-mail address (so we can notify you when the order has been dispatched) and a password. The next time you want to place an order we'll ask you to log in using the same e-mail address and password. Q. How do I place an order? A: It's very simple. Begin with a click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "Quantity" box, select the inscription you wish to have and click the "Add to Cart" button. Please select the shipping option at the “Shipping” box and when you are ready to checkout, you can click the "Proceed to Check Out" button on the bottom of the page. This will begin your checkout.The "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page will take you to a series of forms with your billing and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click "Place Order". And you're all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.Q. How do I order by mail?A. The best way to order by mail is to use the online shopping cart. When you have all the items you want in the cart, please print it and send us the print together with the payment.Please notify custserv@israelblessing.com before sending your mail order.Q. Payment Policy


Q.Which payment methods are available on your site? A. We accept payment through PAYPAL as the processor for all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use) when completing your order. Incorrect information may cause a processing delay. Q. Why do I need to checkout with PayPal when I purchase fromyour site? I don't have a PayPal account. A: Israel Blessing has chosen, as a company, to use Pay Pal in order to process all credit card, and echeck. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US! You can use Pay Pal checkout, just as you would be able to use any other credit card online merchant processor with any other online store. Our checkout system will conveniently walk you through the process. If you have any questions before or during the purchase process, please let us know, we will be happy to assist you!Q. I get the following message that my card wasdeclinedA. If you get a message that your card was declined, please check your billing information for accuracy. Keep in mind that your billing information (name, street address, and zip code) MUST match what your card-issuing bank has on file, or your transaction will be declined, even if you have enough funds in your account to pay for the order. (The shipping address has no effect on whether your card is approved or declined.)Q. I have a PayPal account but Icannot complete payment A: For more information, please use the link below PayPal HelpQ. When I went to pay on the Internetusing PayPal, it would not let the payment go through. Could you possibly help me with the payment process?A: If for some reason you cannot complete your payment, please send us an email with your order details and we will send you an email for a payment request.Q: Is there another way to make a payment on your site?A: Money transfer and Check is another option to pay for your order. Shipping policy


Q. What are your shipping policy and charges?

A. Israeblessing.com is able to ship to all international locations.With Standard Airmail Delivery your order is estimated to arrive within 21 business days for the cost of $4.95. With an Express mail delivery your order is estimated to arrivewithin 7-10 business days for the cost of $16.95. Urgent orders will arrive in 10 days.Super Urgent orders will arrive in 7 days. Q: How do I check the status of my order? A. We will send an email notification the day your order has beenshipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number when applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order through the carrier until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Q: Will Expressmail or Federal Express leave my package if nobody is there to sign for it?A. For the protection of your purchases, we require that all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

Returns/Refunds


Q: What is Israel Blessing return policy?

A. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by IsraelBlessing.com within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Refunds will not include shippingcharges and processing fee.Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund of order via phone or online (contact us). Any order cancelled post prior to the time of ordering will be treatedas a returned order. Q: What if I happen to receive a defective product? Q: How do I use my special promotional code?

A: If you receive a special promotional offer from us, simply enter the promotional code in the “Coupon Code” box provided on the page of the purchased items and then press on the “Apply Coupon” button. After proceeding to check out, thepromotional offer/discounts will be reflected at the “Order Total” box. Q: Do you offer gift messages orgift-wrapping? A: We will enclose a personalized gift message with your order for no additional charge. For free of charge we can also send your gift in one of our gift boxes. You will then be asked to either include your message and/or selectthe gift box for each individual item.
