    I lost the leaf charm off my bracelet, I got hold of customer services and they gave me a link to the leaf charm but for the necklace not the bracelet as it wasn’t on the website, so once ordered I sent them the invoice no and then they arranged for it to be the right fitting for the bracelet. The right charm was delivered. Excellent customer service 5 Stars.
