I relied to an unboxing email. The chain has knots in it abd I cannot untangle them. The chain it very delicate and I would have thought like other necklaces I've purchased there wound be tape or something preventing this fun happening. I did see this mentioned in another review but I thought it was just a one off. The pictures make the heart look like the names are clear and easy to read but they're not. I love the design and concept but I was so let down with the chain
